Assessments are due on the first day of each month. A late fee of $15 is assessed if we have not received your payment by the 15th. Payments may be made by check, e-check or credit/debit card. To make a payment by check, please be sure to include a payment coupon and/or your account number on your check. If you are paying using your bank's online bill pay, please be sure they have the account number and the correct mailing address. Remember that, when using your bank's online bill pay, they send a physical check to the payment address, so the date you are making the payment should be in consideration of the mail.
