This form should be submitted for approval for any changes made to the exterior of the property. You must submit this form to Stellar Properties along with any plans or pictures with what you would like to install.
This is a free program available through Stellar Properties. Submission of this form along with a copy of a voided check authorizes Fairway Grove to automatically deduct your monthly assessment from your checking account. Assessments are debited between the 8th and the 10th of the month. This ensures you do not have to remember to make your payments or worry about late fees.
