Rules and Regulations Reminders:
RECYCLE CONTAINERS
Please do not leave food in recycle bins. It is likely that the garbage company will not take the recyclable if there is obvious food waste included. Also please be considerate of your neighbors and their needs and crush all cardboard boxes.
USE DESIGNATED AREAS FOR PETS
Please do not let your dogs relieve themselves except in designated pet walk areas. Dog waste kills the grass and looks unsightly. Owners are responsible for removing pet waste.
LOCK YOUR CAR DOORS AT ALL TIMES
Do not leave your car running unattended. Do not leave any packages or anything of value on the seats. It is an invitation for someone to break into your car.
STOP WATER DRIPS
Toilet or faucet, bathroom or kitchen.
Please do your part to conserve water and control our shared water expenses.
SLOW DOWN
Please slow down when driving through the community.
