2024 Financials
All Fairway Grove Homeowners are welcome to request a copy of the 2024 Financials report. Please contact Stellar Properties at 630-924-9224 for more information.
For Sale, Rent, and Lease Renewals
When you are placing your unit on the market for sale or leasing your unit there are Fairway Grove forms that must be filled out, per your Rules and Regulations. There are fees and deposits that must be submitted as well. If the money is not received prior to any move the fee’s will be added to your assessment account. Lease renewals must be submitted at their expiration. AII leases need to be accompanied by a signed Crime Free Addendum.
Parking Reminder
Please do not park in any space other then the one that is assigned to your unit. It is important that you tell your guests to park in visitor parking spaces only. Remember to give your guests a note that says they are visiting your address and unit #. These notes are only good for three days. These are spaces marked with a V. We have a security guard patrolling the lot to enforce the parking rules as it is obvious we do not have enough spaces. Many notices have been sent out and the guard post notices on cars that are violating the rules.
Sanitary Wipes/ Garbage
Please do not throw any type of wipe in the toilet, which includes baby, adult or cleaning wipes. No matter what it says on the package these wipes are not biodegradable. They collect in the pipes and clog the system, including your own toilets. You need to call Stellar for any extra garbage such as mattresses and furniture before putting in the garbage corrals.

Home Chore Program
The Home Chore Program connects residents, in need of assistance with household chores, with local participants, 12 and older, who provide such services as: yard work, snow removal, light moving and lifting, babysitting, etc. To obtain some household help through the Home Chore Program or to sign up as a service provider, call the Village at (630) 434-5500.
